Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

For hygiene reasons, panties, bodysuits, shapewear, and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, stains, or missing tags will not be accepted.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

Delivery and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
